After each visit you feel so much better as the manipulation relieves tension in the body. The doctor also helped me with some stretching exercises for my back and showed me how to maintain my posture and keep good back health by even stretching a certain way while driving my car which was bothering me as well. He also suggested buying some ankle weights to help build strength for some meniscus pain I was having in my right knee as well which also helped a great deal.
